Entering data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
Reviewing data for errors and correcting any incompatibilities
Generating reports and performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
Organizing and maintaining files and records
Requirements:
Proven experience as data entry operator or office clerk
Fast typing skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with administrative duties
Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
High school diploma or equivalent
