OLI Outdoor is currently seeking a remote Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a leading outdoor construction company, we strive for excellence in all aspects of our business. The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
In this remote position, you will work closely with our operations and... finance teams to enter and verify data related to projects, invoices, and other business transactions. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
? Enter and update data in various systems and databases
? Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries
? Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
? Organize and maintain data in a structured and easily accessible manner
? Coordinate with other team members to ensure data inputs are consistent
? Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and information security
? Adhere to confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive data
? Meet deadlines and productivity targets for data entry tasks
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Previous experience in data entry or related roles
? Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
? Excellent typing speed and accuracy
? Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
? Good organizational and time management skills
? Ability to work remotely and independently
? US citizenship or legal authorization to work in the US
? Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
