Position Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various ERP systems, including SAP, iVend, and Lightspeed. As a key member of our team, you'll provide actionable insights to optimize inventory management, drive efficient purchasing decisions, and propel business growth in the Vape and Smoke shop industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract and generate detailed reports from SAP, iVend, Lightspeed, and other ERP systems to inform business decisions.
Analyze sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory levels to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs, optimize purchasing, and drive sales growth.
Create dashboards and visualizations in Excel to present data insights effectively.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data entries.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Analyst, preferably in the retail or Vape and Smoke shop industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, iVend, and Lightspeed.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of inventory management and sales data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
