If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for data entry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Job Summary:** The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for conducting regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternate Investments. This role involves processing trade deal transactions in client accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transmit brokers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing Company Activity Events, settling and reconciling move tasks, and processing and reconciling dividend tasks. Additionally, the Data Entry Operator may be required to perform analysis of complex escalated problems, test and validate new innovation improvements with merchant changes, and engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Expectation, and Salesforce. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternate Investments * Process trade deal transactions in client accounts and identify and resolve discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transmit brokers * Process Company Activity Events, settle and reconcile move tasks, and process and reconcile dividend tasks * Perform analysis of complex escalated problems and test and validate new innovation improvements with merchant changes * Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Expectation, and Salesforce * Collaborate with fund firms, transmit agents, converse agencies, and other external business partners to resolve issues and provide solutions * Provide timely and accurate completion of client trading and returns requests **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Expectation) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the financial services industry * Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340, 15C3-3) * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist) **Skills and Competencies:** * Attention to detail and accuracy * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Expectation) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
