Data Entry Operator / Executive Administrative Assistant - USA REMOTE

Responsibilities
ย Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases.
ย Assist in maintaining electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
ย Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
ย Conduct research and compile data for reports as needed.
ย Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and updates.
ย Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
ย High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
ย Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a remote setting.
ย Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
ย Excellent organizational and time management skills.
ย Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills; experience with data entry software is a plus.
ย Effective written and verbal communication skills.
ย Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
ย Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
