Prepare reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data security and compliance. Perform scanning and printing of documents, as required, and respond to queries for information, accessing relevant files and providing timely support. Ensure adherence to corporate policies of data integrity and security, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of data management. Oversee the proper usage of office equipment and report any problems, demonstrating a proactive approach to maintenance and troubleshooting. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Data Entry Operator at blithequark, you'll need: A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk position, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Solid experience with administrative duties, including office equipment usage, and a strong understanding of data management principles.
