Update and maintain customer records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Generate reports on customer feedback and data entry metrics for management review.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a busy environment while adhering to deadlines.
Expected salary: $17.25 - 24.5 per hour
