Accurate data entry of customer information and transactions into the database.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Update and maintain customer records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Assist in the creation of reports or summaries based on customer data.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
