Data Entry - Contract
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Contractor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will accurately source, input and update data across various platforms.
This is a remote/temporary position with the potential for future project-based opportunities.
Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.
Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval and reference.
Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with company policies.
Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Follow instructions and workflows provided by supervisors or project managers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 50+ WPM preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace tools.
Familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Experience working in a remote or freelance environment.
Familiarity with data security best practices.
Availability for flexible hours based on project needs.
Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $16.50 - $20/ hour
Anticipated Weekly Hours: 30
