About the Role As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing discrepancies between our systems and those of fund companies or transfer agents, and handling Corporate Activity events. You'll also be responsible for settling and reconciling transactions, processing returns, and performing research on complex issues. Key Responsibilities Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and address breaks identified between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents. Handle Corporate Activity events, including processing and reconciling transactions. Perform research on complex issues, including root cause analysis and providing solutions to management. Test and validate new technology enhancements and vendor changes. Interact with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce. Represent blithequark in daily interactions with fund companies, transfer agents, contra firms, and other external business partners. Provide timely and accurate completion of client investing and dividend requests. Address business partner inquiries regarding Fund details requirements/eligibility. Follow up on Alternative Investment moves to expedite client requests or remediate uncleared issues. Essential Qualifications While prior experience is not required, you'll need to demonstrate a strong foundation in the following areas: Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
