Responsibilities
Enter data into databases and spreadsheets with precision and attention to detail.
Oversee order entry procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Create, update, and maintain data files using Excel, and generate reports as needed.
Manage and organize electronic files for easy information retrieval and access.
Conduct routine data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
Collaborate with teammates to improve efficiency and administrative procedures.
Provide assistance with additional administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in data entry or comparable administrative responsibilities (ideal).
Proficiency with databases and Excel, among other data management technologies.
Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Fundamental mathematical abilities for verifying numerical data submissions.
Excellent typing skills with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.
Familiarity with order input procedures (advantageous).
Qualifications
Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for educating others.
No prior solar or Data Entry Clerk experience required.
Self-motivated and a desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
