Finish Line Sports is looking for a reliable Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Glenwood, NJ. This full-time, remote position will involve entering product and customer data into our inventory and sales systems. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on maintaining data integrity. As a Data Entry Clerk for Finish Line Sports, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient processing of data, supporting our dynamic retail operations. You will work remotely from Glenwood, NJ, ensuring that all entries are processed in a timely and error-free manner. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately input and manage customer orders, inventory data, and product listings. - Verify data for accuracy and ensure completeness before entering into systems. - Update product details and pricing in the database. - Review and correct errors in product or customer records. - Maintain organized and updated spreadsheets and databases. - Work with other departments to ensure that data flow is accurate and efficient. - Process returns and exchanges as per company policy, ensuring the correct information is logged. - Assist in generating reports related to sales and inventory. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data entry or administration is a plus. - Previous experience in data entry, retail operations, or administrative support preferred. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry software. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills and ability to handle data confidentially. - Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace. - Must be located in Glenwood, NJ or nearby areas for occasional onsite visits.
