What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma with some college, medical training, or relevant industry experience
At least 3 years of data entry experience
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Ability to meet or exceed productivity targets
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associate's degree in a relevant field
Experience in the drug testing or healthcare industry
Familiarity with management systems used for data entry
Previous experience supporting customer service initiatives
