This role is ideal for someone who thrives on routine, precision, and the satisfaction of transforming raw data into reliable, actionable insights that empower every department from sales to operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, verify, and update high‑volume travel data into arenaflex’s proprietary CRM and ERP platforms with an error rate of less than 0.2%.

Collaborate with the Reservations, Finance, and Marketing teams to resolve data discrepancies, ensuring seamless workflow continuity.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and supplier information in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and internal data‑privacy policies.
Generate routine reports on data entry throughput, accuracy metrics, and backlog status for senior management review.
Assist in the migration of legacy data sets to new cloud‑based platforms, following established data‑mapping procedures.
Identify opportunities for process automation and suggest improvements to reduce manual workload.
Provide backup support during peak travel seasons, including overtime coverage and weekend shifts as required.
Adhere to arenaflex’s data governance standards, documenting any deviations or exceptions in the internal audit log.

Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in high‑volume data entry, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or e‑commerce sectors.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience using data‑entry software such as Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle.
Exceptional typing speed of at least 70 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot inconsistencies and resolve them swiftly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for cross‑functional collaboration.
Reliability in meeting tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Experience with travel‑industry platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
Familiarity with data‑validation tools (e.g., DataCleaner, WinPure) and basic macro programming in Excel.
