Job Summary: Data Entry Clerk - Part-Time Remote Position We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Remote-based position, this role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a cutting-edge team that's shaping the future of the alternatives industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing syndicated loan notices, extracting and inputting data, and working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Review syndicated loan notices for manual extraction and data input, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Review automated data extraction results, identifying and correcting any discrepancies. Demonstrate speed and accuracy when reviewing and/or inputting data, meeting strict deadlines. Work independently and without direct supervision, adhering to core hours and business needs. Maintain strong communication skills, both verbal and through email communication, with colleagues and stakeholders. Utilize excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to drive success. Work Timings: This is an hourly position with core hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (CST), although other hours may be required based on business need. Shifts are scheduled in minimum of 4-hour increments, and a minimum of 8 hours is expected during peak days (typically 2-3 days per month). The days worked per month are typically 3 to 10 days only. This is not a casual part-time position, and there are regular hours. Essential Qualifications: 1 year+ of relevant experience in data entry or a related field. Proficiency with all current technology and Microsoft Office 365 programs, including: Laptop functionality Video conferencing software (i.e., Microsoft Teams) Ability to utilize multiple web applications (at least 2) simultaneously Microsoft Teams Online software programs for data entry Flexibility in terms of work hours and workdays is required. Ability to find specific data points based on guidance/logical reasoning. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the alternatives industry or a related field. Familiarity with data entry software and systems. Strong organizational and time management skills.
