Enter and update data in our database system with a high degree of accuracy.
Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Compile and maintain relevant databases according to company policies.
Generate and distribute regular reports highlighting data trends and discrepancies.
Assist in the data collection and management processes across various departments.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Identify and rectify errors in data entry and maintain data integrity standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in data management or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with a minimum of 1-2 years preferred.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data entry software.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
