Duties:
Input complete and accurate data into a label copy system. This includes editing and maintaining data as needed. Ensure timely processing of deliverables utilizing various distribution systems. Coordinating with other team members regarding source materials and assets. Must be able to learn new data systems quickly.
Operate data entry device; keyboard: entering both alpha and numeric data. Maintain logs of activities and completed work. Verify data and prepare materials for reporting.
Skills:
• 1-2 years label copy experience
• 1-2 years music industry experience; preferably production, copyright, royalties, business affairs or related area
• Data entry
• Proofreading skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management
• Problem solving
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Monday.com
Education:
Education College degree preferred but not required.
