Scan through information to identify pertinent data, correct errors, and organize it for accurate capturing.
Create accurate spreadsheets and enter/update information into relevant databases.
Ensure data is backed up and inform relevant parties about errors encountered.
Store hard copies of data in an organized manner for easy retrieval.
Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma required.
1+ year of experience in a relevant field.
Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
Excellent command of English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
Proficient touch typing skills.
