Skills
Basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets preferred
Strong typing skills; knowledge of touch typing is a plus
Excellent familiarity with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
Good command of English, both oral and written, along with customer service skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to work a rotating roster
Responsibilities
Input data from various sources into our company database
Review data for errors or redundancies
Research information needed for completing documents with minimal oversight
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
Update customer information in a secure manner
Organize existing data across multiple spreadsheets
Verify outdated data and make necessary changes to records
Analyze and use data from automated information aggregators to update the database
Qualifications
No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential
A can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Successful candidates will complete a four-week training program
