Position Overview

We are currently seeking a bright, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our industry-leading team as a Data Entry Clerk. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer service tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:


Case Management: Receive new cases, open them systematically, and carefully identify all contents and customer order requests to ensure accuracy in processing.
Data Entry: Accurately enter information from incoming cases into our computer system and generate corresponding work tickets for our field technicians.
Case Coding: Code cases appropriately for data entry purposes, ensuring proper categorization and tracking within our system.
System Maintenance: Make necessary changes to computer work tickets, including placing cases on "hold," adjusting dates, updating codes, and managing case status changes.
Document Management: Scan all paperwork for each case to create electronic records, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval of information.
File Research: Look up previous paperwork in our files as needed to obtain case information or process reworks efficiently.
Customer Communication: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, and respond to customer emails with accuracy and courtesy.
Call Routing: Route calls to appropriate resources within the organization and process orders, forms, and customer requests efficiently.
Operational Understanding: Understand the complete case flow schedule of operations to ensure smooth transitions between processing stages.
Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned to support the team and maintain operational excellence.


Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications


Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or related administrative role
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
Minimum 1 year of proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software programs
Excellent data entry and typing skills with a strong accuracy rate
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
Basic software knowledge and ability to navigate specialized systems (such as Labtrac)
Ability to understand different script terminologies for case entry


Preferred Qualifications


Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology (preferred but not required)
Previous experience in a similar administrative or clerical role
Familiarity with electrical or trade industry terminology
Experience with document management and scanning systems
