Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of support functions to support the department, ensuring seamless operations and efficient data management.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, assisting in compiling data and generating reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
High school degree or equivalent required.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
Fast typing skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
Basic understanding of databases and data management principles.
Excellent command of English, both oral and written, with strong customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of touch typing system.
Technical Requirements:
Dual monitors to facilitate multitasking.
Keyboard with 10-key number pad for efficient data entry.
Windows 10 or 11 operating system.
ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher.
Minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred).
Laptops are acceptable, but must be able to run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution.
No Chromebook or MacBook.
Web camera for Teams meetings.
Headset or external speakers (if none built-in) for calls.
