About the Role As a Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your primary responsibilities will include processing incoming orders and returns, preparing and sorting documents for data entry, reviewing and entering data updates in our systems, and organizing monthly sales reporting. You'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Process incoming orders and returns efficiently and accurately Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible Review and enter data updates in our systems, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Review discrepancies in data received and resolve any issues promptly Organize monthly sales reporting, providing valuable insights to support business decisions Perform all other office tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities Qualifications and Skills To be successful as a Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you'll need to have previous experience in data entry or a related field. Excellent typing skills, strong organizational abilities, and a detail-oriented approach are essential. You'll also need to be familiar with Microsoft Excel and other related tools, with a minimum of 1 year of experience using Excel preferred.
