- Accurately enter and maintain site database within assigned timelines
- Provide clerical support for Investigator Services including faxing documents and filing
- Handle order supplies and resend report requests received by fax or email
- Utilize strong interpersonal and time management skills for effective task completion
- Maintain professional phone etiquette in the English language
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of customer service, administrative, or laboratory experience required
- Accurate data entry skills with basic to intermediate computer literacy
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in typing, filing, and basic computer operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within a staffing or technology solutions company
- Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
