Summary/Objective The position of Timesheet Verifier consists of electronic and manual entry of PCA timesheets in a high-volume environment. Stoughton, Springfield and Danvers area in Massachusetts.
Essential Functions
• Verify electronic PCA timesheets interpreted through OCR software in a high-volume environment and ensure all required information is present.
• Total manual entry timesheets and enter into payroll software.
• Investigate timesheet issues.
• Must report all suspected incidents of consumer sexual/physical abuse and neglect to the Disabled Person Protection Commission (DPPC).
• All other duties assigned by the Timesheet Management Supervisor.
Requirements:
Competencies
• Familiarity with office machines/equipment
• Excellent typing/reaction skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Understanding of Fiscal Intermediary Program and the PCA Program
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently as a team player
• Self-motivation
• Competency with data entry and basic formula understanding and application
• Willingness to learn new information daily
• Punctuality and dependability
Preferred Experience
• Typing/data entry
• Ten key experience
Required Education
• High School Diploma
Work Environment
• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
