In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations by accurately entering work order and invoice data into our systems. This information is vital for auditing, billing, and reporting purposes, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. You will collaborate closely with our Customer Service Managers to identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain high standards of data accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Enter data accurately and timely into our systems
Audit invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors
Track cost savings and support special projects as assigned
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure exceptional service delivery
Meet or exceed weekly data entry targets
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
Proficient in keyboarding with a strong focus on accuracy
Familiarity with Excel and Word; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
