We provide both Post-Acute Care and Long-Term Care services for those in need including caregiver services, skilled nursing, and therapy, along with remote patient monitoring (RPM).

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry and Administrative Data Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and managing data accurately and efficiently while providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role is essential in maintaining our data integrity and supporting our administrative functions.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of electronic and paper files.
• Perform regular data audits and corrections as needed.
• Generate reports and summaries from data as requested.
• Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline data processes.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The pay range for this role is:
28 - 35 USD per hour(Remote (New York, New York, US))
