As a Data Entry/Admin/Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and supporting day-to-day office operations. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry/Admin/Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases. * Assist with data validation, verification, and quality control to ensure accuracy. * Organize and manage digital and physical files, documents, and records. * Provide administrative support to senior team members and assist with daily office operations. * Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments or meetings as required. * Help prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings. * Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing. * Assist with the coordination of events, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office functions and workflow. **Required Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (College degree is a plus). * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Basic knowledge of data entry and administrative procedures. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and in a team setting. * Professional demeanor and positive attitude. **Experience** While prior experience is not required, any experience in data entry, administration, or office assistance is an advantage. Fresh graduates or individuals with minimal work experience are encouraged to apply. **Working Hours** This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with typical working hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
