Key Responsibilities:

Ā Accurately input and update a wide range of data, including person rates, contract details, and other relevant information into our databases and software systems.
Ā Ensure that all entries are completed in a timely manner and adhere to established data entry standards and protocols.
Ā Regularly review and update data to reflect the most current and accurate information, correcting any errors or inconsistencies promptly.
Ā Verify and Cross-Check Data to Ensure Its Accuracy:
Ā Thoroughly review and verify the accuracy of entered data by cross-referencing with original documents, source systems, or external records.
Ā Perform detailed checks to ensure that data aligns with predefined criteria, standards, and business rules.
Ā Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries, collaborating with relevant departments or stakeholders as needed to ensure data integrity.
Ā Maintain Data Integrity and Confidentiality:
Ā Uphold the highest standards of data integrity by adhering to company policies and procedures related to data management and quality control.
Ā Safeguard sensitive and confidential information by following data privacy and security protocols.
Ā Regularly audit data to ensure compliance with confidentiality agreements and regulatory requirements, addressing any potential security breaches or data vulnerabilities.
Ā Prepare and Review Reports Related to Rate Con Checks:
Ā Compile, prepare, and review comprehensive reports related to person rate verifications and contract checks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Ā Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies within reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Ā Present reports to management and other stakeholders, clearly explaining findings and any issues identified during the review process.
Ā Communicate Effectively with Team Members and Supervisors:
Ā Maintain open and effective communication with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate data-related tasks and address any issues.
Ā Provide timely updates on the status of data entry projects, data discrepancies, or any challenges encountered during the verification process.
