Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Engineer to modernize and support our analytics and reporting platform. This role is hands-on and focused on building, migrating, and optimizing BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Design and build analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
ā¢ Develop data pipelines, semantic models, and dashboards end to end
ā¢ Migrate and modernize existing Power BI assets to Microsoft Fabric
ā¢ Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
ā¢ Ensure best practices for performance, security, governance, and workspace management
ā¢ Automate data refresh, deployment, and monitoring
ā¢ Troubleshoot and optimize BI and analytics performance
Required Qualifications
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics development
ā¢ Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
ā¢ Experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure data platforms (Data Lake, Synapse)
ā¢ Solid understanding of modern data architectures (e.g., Lakehouse)
ā¢ Strong SQL skills; Python experience is a plus
ā¢ Experience integrating data from source systems (ERP, CRM, APIs)
ā¢ Ability to work with both technical and business teams
Nice to Have
ā¢ Experience with data governance and security
ā¢ CI/CD or DevOps experience for BI solutions
ā¢ Prior experience leading analytics modernization or migration projects
