This role blends deep technical delivery with technical leadership, owning end‑to‑end data pipeline development while guiding junior and offshore engineers to successful execution. What You’ll Do
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of cloud‑based ELT/ETL pipelines supporting enterprise analytics and reporting
• Drive migration efforts from on‑prem SQL Server to Snowflake on Azure using modern data engineering best practices
• Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Coalesce
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior and offshore engineers across distributed teams
• Partner with architects, stakeholders, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions
What Gets You the Job
• Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake, including migrations and cloud‑native data architecture
• Azure data engineering expertise, including Azure Data Factory and cloud‑based pipeline development
• Proven experience building ELT/ETL pipelines and data models in modern data platforms
• Experience leading or guiding junior and offshore engineering teams in Agile environments
• Coalesce experience or ETL‑related certifications strongly preferred
