Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data applications to support business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and design solutions to meet business objectives.
Design and implement data models and data structures to support data analytics and reporting.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data quality checks and troubleshooting.
Utilize advanced data manipulation and transformation techniques to optimize data for analysis.
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
Identify and recommend opportunities for data optimization and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data engineering techniques and tools.
Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide data insights and support data-driven decision making.
Participate in the development and execution of data strategies and roadmaps.
Train and mentor junior data engineers on best practices and techniques.
Proactively identify and troubleshoot data issues, providing timely resolutions.
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new data technologies to enhance data capabilities.
Adhere to data governance and security standards to ensure data confidentiality and privacy.
