As a Data-Driven Talent Acquisition Expert, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with business leaders and stakeholders to drive talent acquisition strategies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent acquisition needs and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes. Analyze data, trends, and insights to inform talent acquisition strategies and recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure talent acquisition effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Apply statistical analysis and modeling techniques to drive business insights and inform talent acquisition decisions. Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement talent acquisition initiatives and programs. Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders and HR teams on talent acquisition best practices and strategies. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in talent acquisition and HR analytics. Participate in agile functions and contribute to the development of the team's goals and objectives. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics. Proven experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or talent acquisition. Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python. Experience working with relational and non-relational databases. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics. Experience working in HR or talent acquisition. Knowledge of HR data and processes. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. Familiarity with agile methodologies and principles.
