Data & Compliance Analyst (Part-Time Seasonal)

FLIPANY is a company dedicated to providing health and wellness support to historically underserved communities. The Data & Compliance Analyst will oversee the Link2Feed Point of Service system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with USDA and state requirements for meal programs.ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily oversight of Link2Feed and related POS systemsReview meal count data for accuracy and completenessAnalyze and transform data to highlight useful information, suggest conclusions, and support decision-makingProvide real-time monitoring support during high-volume service periodsConduct routine data reviews to identify discrepancies such as duplicate entries, missing data, or service time errorsEnsure system readiness prior to program launchCommunicate with site supervisors, program monitors, and other program personnel as needed via phone, email, and/or in-person visitsFlag compliance risks to program leadershipGenerate basic reports to support reimbursement accuracyServe as the first line of support for site-level POS questionsDocument recurring issues and escalate technical concerns to supervisor or Link2Feed support team as neededTrack resolution timelines and maintain internal issue logsSupport rollout efforts during peak program seasonsConduct travel to assigned sites to perform site reviews, gather documentation, verify compliance, and provide on-site data support as neededSkillsAssociate's degree or higher from an accredited college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience1 to 3 years of experience in data entry, compliance support, or systems coordinationAbility to type 45 WPMExperience with Microsoft Excel and TeamsExcellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearlyStrong attention to detail and comfort working in compliance-driven environmentsStrong organizational skills and independent problem-solving abilityAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusionsAbility to clearly and concisely exchange/receive ideas, facts, and technical informationStrong documentation and reporting capabilitiesExperience coordinating system implementations or digital rolloutsExperience with Link2Feed or similar point-of-sale (POS) systems strongly preferredExperience within federally funded meal programs (e.i.
