Responsibilities
Ā Responsible for retrieval, review, and abstraction of medical record data for STARS and HEDIS measures.

Ā Enter data into quality program tools.

Ā Perform on-site medical record reviews at physician offices or in the office.

Ā Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff regarding provider scheduling and on-site medical record retrieval.

Ā Utilize time and resources efficiently while performing duties in a professional manner.
Requirements
Ā Must have active RN or LPN license in the state of Tennessee or compact state.

Ā Knowledge and experience of HEDIS data abstraction methods highly preferred.

Ā Experience in medical record review or data abstraction if lacking HEDIS experience.
,
Ā Current valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Ā Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills.

Ā Excellent telephone and communication skills required.

Ā Proven working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
