We are looking for a highly experienced Data Capability Lead to temporarily fill a key leadership role within our S/4HANA and o9 transformation program.RequirementsLead the planning, coordination, and execution of data-centric workstreams supporting global ERP transformation initiatives.Collaborate with system integrators, internal IT teams, and regional business units to align on data preparation, quality, and migration strategies.Manage key project deliverables including sprint reviews, risk assessments, milestone tracking, and interdependencies.Oversee regional deployment support—ensuring smooth transitions, training readiness, and issue resolution.Act as a primary liaison for executive stakeholders, providing timely updates and escalation support.Conduct impact assessments on data risks and align regional execution with global data templates.Champion master data management, cleansing, harmonization, and governance best practices.Work closely with SAP and o9 technical architects to ensure system integration aligns with business processes.Promote collaboration and accountability across a globally dispersed team of 30–40 individuals.Originally posted on Himalayas
