Data Automation Intern

Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely.Your MissionWe are looking for a Data Automation Intern to join the Data Operated Bus squad starting September 2025. This squad is in charge of the data products related to Bus supply & Competition.We develop and run Data products to improve the efficiency and productivity of the Authorisation team who is in charge of obtaining legal documentation required to operate our international services across Western Europe.
As a Data Automation intern, you directly influence the efficiency of our Network Planning. You will be functionally attached to the Authorisation manager to automate the authorisation application process. Your role will be to connect different sources of data and automate the production of standardised documents such as maps, timetables, pricing grids.
In your mission you will be closely supported by an internal community of 25+ analysts who meet regularly to share, learn and innovate on data analytics. Your Responsibilities
Automate the existing process to produce legal documentation for our international authorisation applications (maps, Excel and Word documents)
Shadow business teams to gain in depth knowledge on their processes and build effective automation
Build a database to digitalise and compile our internal authorisation library to facilitate checks and monitor the compliance of our timetables
Build, improve, and maintain a suite of Tableau dashboards to empower stakeholders with varying levels of data proficiency in their decision making
Work with our stack: SQL / Tableau / Airflow / BigQuery / GCP, and explore AI tools to automate manual and repetitive processes Your Qualifications
Good command of SQL
Proficiency in data visualization tools (ideally Tableau)
Passion for the Mobility industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate data clearly
You are organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
You enjoy sharing and learning from others
Fluent in English What we have to offer
Salary range : 1.200 - 1.600 euros gross per month
