Job title: Data Architect – Healthcare (Remote – Pennsylvania) Company: Stage 4 Solutions Inc Job description: Healthcare (Remote Pennsylvania) We are currently recruiting a Data Architect for our client, a Commonwealth of PA entity. This position will assist in the collection, preparation, validation, and distribution of and will also lead in the design of standard operating procedures (SOP), process flow diagrams, and the tracking of all outgoing data requests. . The candidate should reside in the State of Pennsylvania. The chosen candidate will need to report onsite for equipment pick-up. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide expertise for defining functional architecture and infrastructure, using LEAN principles • Lead the analysis, oversight, and tracking of data requests by using the existing data governance structure • Provide analysis in the design of SOP and process flow diagrams for effective cross-training and knowledge transfer • Provide innovative ways to use existing data to improve program outcomes and efficiencies, including predictive analytics and business intelligence REQUIREMENTS • 4+ years of experience with Data collection, preparation, validation, and distribution, Applied data analytical skills, and extraction of data from various data sources and warehouses. • 4+ years of experience with Data visualization tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) • 2+ years of experience creating executive level presentations and proven ability to lead a team • Healthcare industry experience, preferably with a health plan, a pharmacy, or health tech environment. • Experience in Healthcare Quality measures, utilization studies, and Healthcare analytics is highly desired • Proficiency in SAS and working knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare are desired.
