Data and Insights Analyst
The Data and Insights Analyst will support the medical school's student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment strategy by delivering actionable insights from applicant, marketing, and enrollment data. This role will focus on data analysis, reporting, and predictive insights to improve admissions pipeline performance and enrollment outcomes.
The analyst will work with SQL databases, Excel, Salesforce reports, and business intelligence tools to develop reporting pipelines, perform statistical analysis, and generate dashboards used by admissions leadership and marketing teams.
Data Analysis & Insights
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends in marketing, student recruitment, admissions pipeline performance, applicant behavior, and enrollment outcomes.Perform cohort analysis, retention tracking, and conversion rate analysis.
Develop models for revenue forecasting, scholarship allocation, and enrollment projections.
Support marketing and recruitment teams with insights on campaign performance and lead conversion.
Reporting & Dashboard Development
Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines and dashboards for operational and strategic decision-making. Produce regular reports including but not limited to:Weekly admissions pipeline performanceMarketing campaign conversion metricsField recruitment engagement reportsTuition deposit trackingAdmissions leadership reporting
Translate complex data findings into clear visual dashboards and executive summaries.
Data Management & Preparation
Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
Perform data cleansing, deduplication, normalization, and validation to maintain high-quality datasets.
Maintain structured datasets for recurring analytics and reporting requirements.
Systems Collaboration
Work closely with the Salesforce Administrator and admissions teams to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.Support data integration initiatives across Salesforce, Student Information Systems, and financial systems such as NetSuite.
Compliance & Institutional Reporting
Prepare datasets required for institutional reporting and accreditation processes.
Ensure data reporting aligns with internal governance and data definitions.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or reporting roles.
Strong proficiency in:
SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
Salesforce reporting tool
Experience analyzing marketing and sales pipeline. Experience working with large relational datasets and data pipelines.Familiarity with predictive modeling or statistical analysis techniques.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Work Arrangement
Work Schedule: 8AM EST time (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM)This is remote work with occasional visits to the office. Ideally, the candidate should be residing within the metro or neighboring provinces.Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. The area is beside Opus Mall and across Tiendesitas and IPI Pasig. It is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas
