Data & AI Solutions Consultant (Arabic speaking)Remote (Riyadh, KSA) Base salary: 25,000–30,000 SAR/monthLithe People is recruiting on behalf of a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a remote Data & AI Solutions Consultant. This is a hybrid presales and delivery role, with a strong emphasis on hands-on implementation and ownership of Data and AI solutions.The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify data and AI opportunities, design practical solutions, contribute to proposals where required, and personally support delivery from concept through to production.Role OverviewThis role suits a delivery-oriented Data & AI consultant who is comfortable moving between solution design, client engagement, and hands-on implementation.While presales and solutioning are part of the role, the client is specifically looking for someone who can turn designs into working systems, not just define architectures or roadmaps.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be expected to contribute across both solution design and delivery, including:Engage with clients to understand business problems and translate them into clear, implementable Data, AI and GenAI use casesDesign end-to-end data and AI solutions, covering ingestion, processing, storage, analytics and AI layersContribute to technical proposals, scopes of work, estimates and RFP responses, with a practical delivery mindsetSupport and, where required, lead PoCs, demos and pilots, ensuring they are production-relevantActively participate in delivery, from discovery and design through build, testing, deployment and handoverWork closely with data engineers, cloud architects and ML engineers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and maintainableBuild and support data platforms such as data lakes, data warehouses and real-time pipelinesContribute to Generative AI solutions, including LLM integration, RAG patterns, vector databases, embeddings and prompt designThis is not a role limited to presales, governance or high-level architecture — delivery ownership is expected.ProfileThe client is looking for someone who can demonstrate real delivery experience, not just solution oversight:7–12 years’ experience in Data & AI solutioning and delivery, with some exposure to presales or client-facing designStrong hands-on experience with Python and SQLPractical exposure to machine learning, LLMs and Generative AI use casesProven experience designing and delivering data architectures (data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines)Experience contributing to proposals, estimates and delivery planning for Data & AI initiativesComfortable working directly with business stakeholders while remaining technically hands-onEvidence of delivering end-to-end solutions, from data ingestion and feature engineering through to deployment and integrationWorking Model & LocationRemote role, aligned to Riyadh (KSA)Candidates must be comfortable working with stakeholders in KSA time zones and business contextContract / Employment ModelOffered primarily as a permanent roleThe client will also consider a full-time contract (per diem) engagement for an initial 6-month periodImportant clarification for candidatesThis role is best suited to candidates who enjoy building and delivering Data & AI solutions. Candidates whose recent experience is predominantly programme management, IT governance, or transformation oversight — with limited hands-on delivery — may find this role is not the right fit.RequirementsThe role is only open to people who are currently living and working in KSA. Preference will be given to Saudi nationals and those who have held KSA residency for a number of years and speak fluent Arabic.BenefitsWhilst this job is primarily offered as a permanent hire by our client, they have indicated that they would also consider someone on a per diem rate contract (full time) for 6 months
