Job Description:Position SummaryThe Data Analytics Manager – Marketing is responsible for leading marketing analytics initiatives and delivering insights that drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention. Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics, this role partners closely with Marketing to translate complex data into actionable strategies and scalable reporting solutions.This position is ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who excels at problem-solving and can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator across both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrates strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership and accountability.Qualifications:Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & ReportingAnalyze marketing data using SQL to develop clear, actionable insightsBuild and maintain Excel models and automated reporting solutionsDevelop and manage Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance metricsEnsure data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and quality checksCreate standardized and ad hoc reports to support business decisionsPresent insights, reports, and recommendations to leadershipMarketing Analytics & InsightsPartner with Marketing to evaluate performance across channels and campaignsIdentify opportunities to improve client acquisition, engagement, and retentionAnalyze marketing funnels and customer behavior to drive conversion and lifetime valueTranslate data findings into clear, strategic recommendationsChannel & Performance AnalysisEvaluate email and lifecycle marketing performance to improve targeting and engagementAnalyze SEO and website performance data (e.g., GA4, Search Console) to track traffic and user behaviorMonitor and optimize paid media performance across platforms to maximize ROI and efficiencyCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, Analytics, and other stakeholders to align on reporting and insightsSupport the development of executive-level presentations and materialsEnsure consistency and accuracy across all published reportsQualifications3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably supporting marketing functionsAdvanced proficiency in SQL and ExcelExperience building dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools)Experience working with data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift (or similar)Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)Familiarity with marketing attribution, tracking frameworks (UTMs), and campaign measurementExperience analyzing client acquisition, retention, lifecycle, and paid media performanceExperience in a multi-site or multi-location business environment preferredAdditional Information:Additional information Work EnvironmentRemote or hybrid (if NY based)Travel up to ~20% during active conversions and go-livesCompetitive compensation dependent on location and experience, with annual bonus potential.
