About the position

The Data & Analytics Internship is a formal training and development opportunity designed for students or recent graduates in fields related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Science. The internship runs from May 19th to August 8th, 2025, and offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Fargo, North Dakota. Interns will work on specific projects outlined in an individual work plan, receive mentorship, and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of data and analytics within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
• Submits completed project request forms and communicates the plan to the team for execution.

• Provides clear, concise, and complete information to stakeholders.
,
• Monitors status and informs appropriate stakeholders of expected deadlines and workloads.
,
• Supports internal business areas in understanding their communication needs, providing recommendations based on communications best practices and an optimal customer experience.
,
• Designs, alters, and prepares materials for print, web, social media, and events.
,
• Verifies the accuracy of information, reconciles data, and identifies inconsistencies.
,
• Prepares draft presentation material.
,
• Creates content or prepares informational material for internal or external clients.
,
• Assists in or resolves client issues of a standard nature.
,
• Participates in training activities.
,
• Demonstrates professional workplace behaviors, is punctual, and presents an appropriate appearance.

Requirements
• Currently completing post-secondary studies in a specified field or a recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
,
• Organized and attentive to detail.
,
• Ability to take initiative in a team environment.
,
• Collaborates with team members, mentors, and leaders within the organization.

• Coachable with a highly motivated work ethic.

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
