Data Analyst
10+ years of total experience in a data-focused role, with significant depth in Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering.
• Demonstrated track record of owning and evolving large-scale data architectures not just implementing within them, but setting direction for them.
• Expert-level proficiency with SQL and extensive experience with cloud data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift.
• Deep, hands-on experience with dbt (data build tool), including advanced usage patterns, testing strategies, and large-scale project organization.
• Expert-level experience designing scalable data models Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault, or similar with a clear philosophy on when and why to apply each approach.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience applying it to data pipeline development, testing, or tooling.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams and communicate complex architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience identifying and resolving systemic data quality or reliability issues at the organizational level.
