Data & Analytics Consultant - Contract to Hire

We’re looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Consultant to step into a critical role for the next six months on a f/t basis (40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday EST). This role is focused on building out a front-end and back-end reporting suite for new datasets and a demand forecasting model using SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: - Developing and optimizing the front-end and back-end reporting suite for new datasets. - Enhancing and maintaining our demand forecasting model. - Collaborating closely with data scientists and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define key metrics. - Translating business needs into clear, actionable technical efforts. - Ensuring consistency and accuracy in data definitions, pipelines, and reporting structures. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Strong experience in SQL & Snowflake (writing queries, data modeling, and optimization). - Hands-on expertise with dbt (managing transformations and data pipelines). - Advanced proficiency in Tableau (dashboard development, visualization best practices). - Experience working cross-functionally with data scientists and business teams to define reporting needs. - Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running. - Excellent communicator – comfortable discussing technical details with engineers and business needs with stakeholders.
