Data Analyst/Entry Specialist
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
Prepare reports and datasets both as needed and on routine schedules
Create reports and presentations based on recommendations and findings for internal and external use
Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets
Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets
Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
Helps respond to other data requests as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics
4-5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills
Experience using analytical and management reporting tools
Ability to effectively manage and successfully assignments and projects
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with management and staff
Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
