Data Analyst/Engineer - Salesforce, Stripe, Snowflake & Hex Pipelines - Contract to Hire

• INDIVIDUAL FREELANCER ONLY - NO AGENCIES* • FULL-TIME PST TIME ZONE ALIGNMENT* We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst / Data Engineer to support ongoing data pipeline maintenance, integrations, and analytics across Salesforce (SFDC), Stripe, Snowflake, and Hex. This role requires hands-on experience with multi-system data flows, strong SQL skills, and the ability to troubleshoot, clean, and structure data for reporting and analytics. Responsibilities: • Maintain, monitor, and improve automated data pipelines connecting SFDC, Stripe, Snowflake, and Hex • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all systems • Develop and optimize SQL queries, models, and reporting structures • Build and refine dashboards inside Hex (or similar platforms) • Troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve pipeline or sync issues • Work with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights • Document workflows and processes for long-term scalability Requirements: • Proven experience integrating Salesforce (SFDC) and Stripe with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses • Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets • Familiarity with Hex, Looker, Mode, or equivalent analytics tools • Knowledge of ETL/ELT workflows and data pipeline orchestration • Ability to diagnose and resolve data issues quickly • Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail Preferred: • Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks • Experience with API-based integrations • Strong analytical ability to translate raw data into business insightsThis role is ideal for someone who has worked in fast-paced environments where data accuracy, reliability, and speed matter.Apply tot his job
