Data Analyst/Data Scientist M/F/D

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand complex business problems, develop technical requirements, and create data analytic solutions that provide actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Consult with business customers and understand their analytical needs.Develop technical requirements for reports and analysis.Identify and capture data from internal and external sources.Apply statistical and visualization techniques to analyze structured and unstructured datasets.Use SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools (Qlik,) to create dashboards and visualizations.Create dashboard documentation and training materialsManage projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and Enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, HANA…).Proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlik, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI).Understanding of marketing, sales, and services businessStrong communication, project and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and logical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.We offer (depending on the country you are based in):An independent job in collaboration with good colleagues, in a growth-orientated organizationA true commitment to work/life balanceAn opportunity to learn and growAgilent Result Bonus, Stock Purchase Plan, Life Insurance, Pension, Healthcare, Employee Assistance Program, Holiday, Company activitiesSalary range for the US: between 96 000 and 115 000 USDPlease Note: The stated salary range applies only to the United States.
