Data Analyst/Business analyst– Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Customer Engagement / CE)

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a Data Analyst / Business Analyst with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support reporting, system enhancements, and business process improvements. This role works closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and optimize D365 solutions (BC, Finance, SCM, Sales, or related).
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications
• Analyze D365 data and develop reports/dashboards (Power BI preferred)
• Support UAT, testing, and system enhancements
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation
• Assist with data migration and integrations
• Provide user training and documentation

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in an ERP environment
• Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, operations, or sales)
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and/or SQL
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred
• Experience with D365 Business Central and/or Finance & SCM
• Power Platform experience
• Microsoft certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
