About the Role
We're seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to become an integral part of our Advanced Analytics team within the Streaming Content division. What You'll Do
As part of our content strategy team, you will:
Apply advanced analytical techniques including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning to large-scale, high-dimensional datasets that drive critical business decisions
Investigate viewer behavior by analyzing genre preferences, viewing patterns, watch-time metrics, and engagement signals to identify unmet customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities that could revolutionize our programming
Predict content engagement through sophisticated modeling approaches that inform and guide our content acquisition decisions, helping arenaflex invest in the right titles at the right time
Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy by analyzing viewer response patterns, optimal release timing, and cross-title engagement to maximize viewer satisfaction and retention
Test marketing strategies through A/B testing, campaign analysis, and conversion optimization to improve viewer engagement, reduce churn, and enhance overall customer lifetime value
Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs that measure content performance comprehensively, providing both tactical operational guidance and strategic long-term planning frameworks
Provide ad-hoc analytical support to cross-functional partners across the organization, helping sales, marketing, product, and executive teams navigate complex questions with data-driven answers

What You Bring
We're looking for candidates who combine strong technical capabilities with genuine passion for the entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will have:
Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a comparable quantitative field that has equipped you with solid analytical foundations
Professional experience: Minimum of 3 years of data analysis experience in a professional setting, demonstrating your ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and deliver impactful results
Technical proficiency: Strong capability in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, combined with hands-on experience in R and/or Python for statistical analysis, scripting, and machine learning implementation
