Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst, Social Media to support our Head of Social Media in analyzing and reporting on global social media performance. As a Data Analyst, Social Media, you will be responsible for managing and evolving our Sprinklr environment, automating data reporting, and developing statistical models to demonstrate the effectiveness of our social media and influencer activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and game teams, to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities


Social Media Data Analysis: Analyze social media data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Reporting and Insights: Develop and present reports, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders, including the Head of Social Media, marketing teams, and leadership.
Statistical Modeling: Develop and maintain statistical models to measure the effectiveness of social media and influencer activities.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business decisions and strategies.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize social media data analysis and reporting.
Content Optimization: Analyze social media content performance and provide recommendations for content optimization.
Campaign Retrospectives: Host campaign and content retrospectives to provide learnings and strategic optimizations to content and social media strategies.


Requirements

Essential Qualifications


5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and/or statistical analysis.
Data Analytics Expertise: Expertise in data analytics, with a focus on social media data analysis.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, Sprinklr, and native social media tools.
Communication Skills: Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data analysis into easy-to-understand narratives.
Influencing Skills: Ability to influence without authority.


Preferred Qualifications


Gaming Industry Experience: Experience working in the gaming sector is highly preferred.
Social Media Experience: Experience working in social media or marketing capacity is highly preferred.
Data-Driven Mentality: A data-driven mentality, with a focus on driving business impact through data insights.
Self-Starter: A go-getter, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
