What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between revenue cycle and information services
- Promote understanding and application of information services in a healthcare setting
- Support caregivers in the implementation and adoption of revenue cycle technology projects
- Act as a professional role model to encourage integration of information services
- Assist in training and certification processes for primary applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 90 days from hire to obtain Epic Readiness certification or proficiency in primary applications supported
- Within 1 year of hire, become a Credentialed Trainer or Facilitator in primary applications supported
- Minimum of 3 years in a position with similar duties related to revenue cycle or managed care information systems in healthcare
- At least 2 years of experience working in an Epic environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic in Cadence, Prelude, and ADT workflows
